Shipping & Delivery Policy
We currently ship within Australia only.
Free Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is free on all orders within Australia.
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed.
- Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days of dispatch.
Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays. We don't dispatch on weekends or public holidays, and carriers generally deliver Monday to Friday. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier or customs delays outside our control.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery. Tracking details can take up to 2 business days to activate after dispatch.
If you can't find your tracking number — check your Junk/Spam folder first — contact us at support@wanderhoundco.com with the name and email used for the order and your order number, and we'll resend it.
If Your Order is Delayed or Lost in Transit
If your tracking hasn't updated in several business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us at support@wanderhoundco.com. We'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where an order is confirmed lost.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, you received the wrong item, or part of it is missing, please see our Consumer Guarantees policy — we'll make it right.
